We use custom spice blends exclusively from La Boîte in several of our preparations including our Spiced Raisin Marmalata with Ras al-Hanout & Smoked Cinnamon, Sour Cherry Pomegranate Conserve with Cocoa, Mahlab & Orange Flower and Lemon-Sultana Marmalata with Caraway & Saffron. La Boîte is our sole supplier for these products because of the extraordinary quality of the spices, the sophistication of their blends and the unscrupulous attention to color, texture and flavor in producing them.

As part of our commitment to using the finest ingredients, Le Bon Magot uses the best vanilla in the world in our White Pumpkin and Almond Murabba. LAFAZA is our sole vanilla supplier because of the extraordinary flavor profile and quality of their products as well as their commitment to fair trade and sustainability. Producing the best vanilla beans is one of the most complicated and intriguing processes in the world.
